To make fund transfers, buy gifts, or payments through the wallet, you will need to have an available balance in your ceelo wallet. The wallet can be funded using Flutterwave.
Funding the Ceelo wallet can be done using any credit or debit card or using internet banking, which requires processing the transaction from an aggregator mode.
Using internet banking, you can fund a wallet using your phone number and a virtual number account available within Flutterwave options. After successful authentication, your account will be funded.
This is step-by-step on how you can fund your Ceelo account.
Funding Ceelo wallet:
- Select profile at the bottom navigation
- On the profile page select Fund Wallet
- In the Amount field, enter the amount to be funded.
- To fund the wallet, click Continue.
- The Aggregator screen appears; select either Pay with card or Pay with an Account option.
To fund wallet using Pay with card:
- In the Card Number field, enter the card number.
- In the Expiry Date, enter the appropriate month and year.
- In the CVV field, enter the CVV number written on the back of your card. Click Pay.
- The aggregator will require you to enter your card PIN to finalize wallet funding.
The application will get acknowledgment regarding the transaction and money will be credited into your wallet account.
To fund wallet using Pay with Account:
- In the Phone Number field, enter your phone number.
- In the Select bank list, select the bank your phone number is attached to.
- In the Account Number field, enter the account number of the selected bank.
- Click Pay, then confirm the amount to continue.
- The aggregator will require you to enter your account number and OTP will be sent to your phone number to finalize wallet funding.
The application will get acknowledgment regarding the transaction and money will be credited into your wallet account.
